Shipping policy

Commercial Tent Supply does not and cannot guarantee the delivery of your order by a specific date. If you need your order for a scheduled event, we recommend placing an in-stock order at least 3 weeks prior to your scheduled event. We also the option to pickup at our distribution center located in Dade City, FL. 

We ask that you verify the "Ship To:" address listed on your invoice for accuracy. Re-consignment, re-delivery, or storage fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please be sure to inform your sales representative if your order will be shipped to a commercial or residential address (if they don't ask you).

We partner with a variety of LTL carriers to help find the best rates and quickest delivery times for our customers. 

As the supplier, we are not owners of the freight companies that we partner with. With that said, we do not have any control over any delayed or damaged goods that we ship.

A signature upon receipt is required for all freight deliveries. Before you sign, we encourage each customer to carefully inspect each package to ensure no damage or foul play is found with your delivery.

You may need a forklift to unload your deliveries. Most of our freight products are very large items (long poles, long skids, heavy materials, etc.).

Extra fees will apply for lift-gate delivery. To avoid additional charges after placing your order, please notify your customer service representative if you will need this service prior to completing your purchase.
